Hailing from Brisbane and the Gold Coast of Queensland Australia, Gladiolus is a progressive metal band taking their ambitious first steps into the world of Australian prog.

September 2024 saw the launch of Gladiolus’ near 80 minute long debut concept album titled Inertia. The record whisks the listener away on a powerful and emotional journey through life, death and everything in between. The band bring together their expertise on their respective instruments to embark on a maiden voyage that thoroughly explores the deep crevices of the human psyche, covering a wide gamut of the sonic spectrum along the way and blending influences spanning multiple genres.
